Overview

Endzone Portfolio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Endzone Portfolio fantasy football platform. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. We collect only what we need to operate the service and do not sell your data.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email and, optionally, your profile avatar from that provider. We store a display name you choose.

Gameplay Data

We record all orders, trades, portfolio snapshots, and price history associated with your account. This is necessary to operate the game and provide leaderboards, charts, and P&L calculations.

Payment Information

For paid leagues, payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers or bank details. We retain payment records (amount, date, type) for accounting and dispute resolution.

Usage Data

We log server requests (IP address, browser user agent, pages visited, timestamps) to diagnose errors and monitor platform health. Logs are retained for 30 days.

Cookies & Sessions

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate the platform: authenticate you, display your portfolio, record trades, and run leagues.
  • To send transactional emails: password resets, email verification, and league invitations. We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
  • To process payments and distribute prizes for paid leagues.
  • To monitor and improve platform stability and performance.
  • To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We share data only as necessary:

  • Stripe — payment processing for league dues and prize payouts.
  • Google / Apple — only if you choose OAuth sign-in; they provide us your email and avatar.
  • Law enforcement — only when required by valid legal process.

Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Gameplay data (orders, trades, price history) is retained indefinitely to support historical leaderboards and portfolio charts. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time — see the section below.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction — update your display name or contact information.
  • Deletion — request that we delete your account and personal data. Note that aggregated, anonymized gameplay data (e.g., price history in a league) may be retained even after account deletion.
  • Portability — request an export of your data in a machine-readable format.

Security

We use industry-standard practices: HTTPS everywhere, hashed passwords, encrypted session cookies, and access controls limiting who can view production data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We will notify affected users promptly in the event of a data breach.

Children

Endzone Portfolio is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
